ABSTRACT

An endoleak is defined as blood flow within the aneurysm sac but outside the stent graft following endovascular repair (1,2). Endoleaks are classified according to their sites of origin (Table 1). Endotension* is defined as persistent or recurrent pressurization of the aneurysm sac following endovascular repair (3). Endotension is classified into three grades according to its association with blood flow within the aneurysm sac (Table 2).
