ABSTRACT
The last decade of the 20th century was very fruitful for nanotechnology. Many different materials were designed and their properties were measured. New materials with novel properties are discovered. Many scientists are working on the studies to develop certain needed physical and chemical properties of nanomaterials. Nowadays everybody can find products with some nanotechnological achievements [1, 2]. Nevertheless, there are still many possibilities to study novel materials with unique properties and find proper application for them.
