ABSTRACT
A preliminary analysis, based on direct observation, interviews, study of work accidents reports and safety data sheets regarding the chemical substances used in the company, was performed to identify the existing hazards and the occupational risks workers could be exposed to. The number of exposed workers was 7. To perform the assessment of the identified risks the appropriate methodologies were selected, as well as the applicable legislation.
