ABSTRACT
This section is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all of the QTLs analyzed in pepper, but rather a glimpse at the range of phenotypes that have been analyzed. Based on the effort put into each category, QTL analysis in pepper can be broken down into essentially two categories: (1) disease resistance genes and (2) everything else.
