ABSTRACT
To provide commercial successes on VoD, not only does video traffic need to be transmitted over high-speed networks but also this transmission must be cheap for end users. e key issues of VoD delivery schemes are bandwidth requirements, storage requirements, and startup latency for users who want to watch a video. To tackle this challenge, researchers have investigated several video delivery techniques to improve the performance of VoD systems [3].
