ABSTRACT
Velma I. Grover is an Adjunct at the Arcelor Mittal DOFASCO School of Engineering and Public Policy at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada, and an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University in Toronto. Velma has worked with nonprofi t organizations, consulting companies and international organizations mainly in the fi eld of water and waste management. Some of the research appointments include: visiting fellow at Fudan University, China; visiting fellow at Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, Oxford University and Kalmar University, Sweden.
