ABSTRACT
Analysis (SPIROLA) software for analysis of lung function time trends, the change in FEV
exposure period (−128 mL/yr) demonstrates an accelerated decline relative to projected normal (−42 mL/yr), crossing the 95th percentile lower limit of normal (LLN) approximately midway in this dusty exposure period. After retirement and in the context of discontinued exposure, the FEV
remained below the LLN, but with a decline (−46 mL/yr) near the expected (1).
