ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Electrocardiography remains the most useful noninvasive test in cardiology today. This simple technique allows the clinician to evaluate the cause of symptoms of palpitation by assessing the cardiac rhythm and is an essential aid to the diagnosis of acute coronary syndromes.
