ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Double curved shapes are being used increasingly in modern architecture as the central element of a building. The paper discusses the method of utilizing prefabricated aluminum profiles from the ship building industries to assemble double curved façade and roof structures, how they are translated into built form regarding material behavior and the dynamic process of construction.
