ABSTRACT
This investigation deals with the of melamine salt of bis (oximethyl) phosphinic acid – Melafen, that was synthesized by works of laboratory of A. E. Arbuzov Institution of organic and physical chemistry [1]. We tested the influence this hydrophilic substance at the wide concentration range (10-21-10-3 M) on the functional properties of animal cells. The animal cells must have a number of the variable targets for hydrophilic substance action.
