ABSTRACT
According to the rapid development of the technical cybernetics sphere, based on the biophysical processes implementing for the biological objects behavior management [1, 2, 4, 12], there is a sharp necessity for actual problem solving which is in biocybernetical systems effectiveness increasing biocybernetical system (BCS) [8]. One of the main stages in this problem solving is mathematical model construction, which adequately describes the information transmission process from the signal source to the monitoring object [11].
