ABSTRACT

Nanostructures of various shapes can be obtained either by the dispersion of a substance in a defi nite medium, or condensation or synthesis from lowmolecular chemical particles (Figure 3.1). Thus, the techniques for obtaining nanostructures can be classifi ed by the mechanism of their formation. Other features, by which the methods for nanostructure production can be classifi ed, comprise the variants of nanoproduct formation process by the change of energy consumption. A temperature or an energy factor is usually evident here. Besides, a so-called apparatus factor plays an important role together with the aforesaid features. At present, nanostructural “formations” of various shapes and compositions are obtained in a rather wide region of actions upon the chemical particles and substances.
