ABSTRACT
Micro-fragments were carefully collected from the surfaces of wooden furniture of the 18th century (MUDIPA), homogenized by Ultra-Turrax in dH20 (W/V) for 5 minutes in ice, then centrifuged (Eppendorf microfuge) at 13000 rpm for 20 minutes and the supernatant recovered for successive analysis.
