ABSTRACT
Multi-view stereo (MVS) matching reconstructs 3D geometry of objects and scenes from multiple images and camera parameters, a process known as imagebased modeling and 3D photography, which is one of the fundamental problems in computer vision. MVS’s potential applications include augmented reality, film and cartoon, historic preservation, target recognition, etc.
