ABSTRACT
Appropriate and reasonable guidance idea can help students to find their good qualities, disadvantages, what can be done well, and support the decision and confidence. At the same time, the perfect practice pattern can provide guidance information to the students, which includes practice problems and other questions during the further work. It is very important to establish reasonable guidance idea and practice pattern for Chinese graduates’ employment. However, our vocational counsel still stands in the traditional idea. It means schools only guide students when they are selecting jobs. This kind of graduation guidance has a limitation that cannot provide effective direction and ignore the students’ professional ability development.Vocational counseling places important function to the graduate employment. Therefore, some colleges need to perfect vocational counsel idea and practice patterns.
