ABSTRACT
The FORTRAN language is the first officially promoted high-level language in the world. It is designed for science and engineering problems and the problems which can be expressed in a mathematical formula in enterprise management. Numerical computation has been ruled by FORTRAN for decades. The predecessors have written many procedures with high quality when software and hardware are confined, now the performance of these procedures has become very stable after modifications.
