ABSTRACT

With the latest advanced information technology (IT) offering the potential to streamline many human resource (HR) functions, a lot of firms have been utilizing IT to design and deliver their HR practices. HR is traditionally considered as the planned and consistent approach to the management of firms for the most valued possessions of firms: human capital. It employs people, develops their capacities, utilizes, maintains and compensates their services with the key job requirement (Bondarouk & Ruel, 2009).
