ABSTRACT

The teaching aims of teaching skills training of normal school students in the new era should be established based on the current situation of teaching skills so as to cultivate fundamental teaching skills of normal school students under the background of new curriculum standard (Zhao, C.L. 2010). The teaching skills aims can be classified as writing skills on the blackboard, demonstration skills in classes, teaching design skills, introducing skills in classes, teaching language skills, questioning and explanation skills, media application skills, and learning design skills. The above eight aspects of teaching aims can be finished by three stages: teaching analysis skills, teaching design skills, teaching performance and evaluation skills (Zhang, W.H. et al. 2011). Formation of teaching skills can be also classified into four stages: demonstration-cognitive stage, imitation-decomposition stage, setting-fixing process and automation-reaction system. Constant development of informationization and deepening of new curriculum, extensive application of information technology in teaching, modification of new learning, teaching and evaluation thought, and all this will require improvement of teaching skills of normal school students. Informational teaching design skills, modern class teaching skills, organizing and instructing out-of-class activities skills, informational teaching evaluation skills, media application skills, and so on are all new teaching skills which are adapted to the new era.
