ABSTRACT
The rapid development of the construction industry has brought about a series of issues, such as project quality, arrears of pay, commercial bribery and so on. All these problems can be considered as lack of credibility of an enterprise. With China’s accession to WTO, credibility becomes a vital iss-ue. If it cannot be solved, our construction companies are likely to stay in an inferior status.
