ABSTRACT
The Wide Area-covered hierarchical communication network needs a reliable and effective network management system for maintenance to make sure of the normal operation of the business system. The network management system with high invulnerability and survivability is very important for complex communication network. Because of the ever-changing environment of war and the uncertainty of the possible destruction of network facilities, the traditional work mode of the main frame and spare frame can’t meet the requirements in terms of survivability from network, so in this case, based on the distributed location backup mechanism, the logic definition of the concentrated network management center into each disperse node can ensure its survivability through good distributed self-organizing environment protocol regulations.
