Analysis on earth fault and propagation characteristic of electric fire

With the development of national economy and improvement of people’s living standards, the requirement and demand of electricity becomes more than before. Meanwhile, the fires caused by the electric faults increases correspondingly, therefore leads to disastrous casualties and property losses. According to the statistics from 2002 to 2011, there were about 2 millions electric fires occurred in China and property losses went to more than 15.6 billion RMB Dollars[1].
