ABSTRACT
Authors focus on investigation of given Block-Inspection Policy performance level with economical and availability point of view. Authors investigate what is the relation between this two time parameters when the system's reliability structure is different than series one. As a result, at the beginning, few words about delay time modelling approach and a brief literature overview is given. Later, the model of Block-Inspection Policy is provided. The considered system is in k-out-of-n structure. The numerical example with the use of QNU Octave program is given. The obtained results from simulation model are also discussed from sensitivity analysis point of view. The article ends up with summary and directions for further research.
