ABSTRACT

In order to adapt to the needs of the development of the long life of satellite and exposure defect of the payload in design, the pointing mechanism is regarded as the research object in this paper. Possible failure and failure mode of the mechanism will be verified from the perspective of kinematics and mechanics characteristics by using simulation research methods. The purpose of improving the reliability of the mechanism will be achieved ultimately. Firstly, multibody dynamics simulation model of two-dimensional direction mechanism and friction contact equivalent kinematics model are established, focusing on the stress, deformation and friction wear of shaft bearing and kinematics response characteristics of whole mechanism in the actual conditions. Secondly, combining with the finite element theory and method, bearing inner ring for flexible processing is finished, and the coupled simulation analysis of two-dimensional direction mechanism is carried out. Then, structure reliability of the mechanism will be evaluated by first power and second order moment method and the montecarlo method and accelerated life test will be carried to support the theoretical calculation. Finally, FMEA analysis conclusion of the mechanism will be closed loop verified through quantitative simulation data.Failure mode software simulation is done and reliability evaluation is finished by using first power and second order moment method and the montecarlo method. Accelerated life test of the mechanism is carried out to verify the correctness of simulation and the accuracy of the reliability evaluation.
