ABSTRACT
This paper is limited to the fracture toughness of SHCC matrix made from both fine sand (FS) and coarse sand (CS) together with PSH behaviour in direct tensile testing as well as in flexural testing. Part of this work has already been published in Paul & van Zijl (2013a, 2013b) and is part of the durability assessment of SHCC in a large scale research project carried out at Stellenbosch University and further inputs will be reported on in subsequent proceedings.
