ABSTRACT

In this study, we use the CUFSM software (Schafer 2010) which is based on the finite strip method (FSM). Six different cross-sections for the HTFPGs are considered in the current study, as listed in Table 1. The outside dimensions of HTFPG are also presented in Figure 1 and the corresponding midline dimensions of the flange are df = Df − tf and bf = Bf − tf . The elastic properties are the Young’s modulus (E = 200 × 103 N/mm2) and Poisson’s ratio (ν= 0.3). The girder length varies from L = 0.1 m to L = 100.0 m.
