ABSTRACT
The lateral restraints applied are of 3 different types, and were applied through a real model. Types 2 (LR) represent the purlin/sheeting effect, when the purlin is pinned when intersecting the rafter. Type 3 (TR) is
similar with type 2 with an additional fly brace. Type 1 (NR), actually means no lateral restraints introduced by purlins.
