ABSTRACT
The calculation formula is entered by the unknown equivalent temperature of the environment allowing to express the net balance of longwave radiation. The unknown equivalent temperature is corrected by weight factors depending upon the position and place of the surface. In a standard situation it consists of a part of the sky, of the terrain and the ambient structures. Actually, the programme offers both a specific and a standard setup.
