ABSTRACT
Hossain et al. (2011) carried out thorough investigation and proposed Equation 1 to obtain an appropriate expression for the initial stiffness of the load-deformation response of YSPD kYSPD, which includes contributions from both diaphragm and SHS in addition to incorporating the effects of support rotation using a reduction factor φ.
