ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Construction diversion risk decision of hydropower project is a trade off process on cost, schedule, construction difficulty and risk of the owner, designer, construction companies. Multi-attribute group decision-making model of construction diversion risk is established on the basis of using the method of fuzzy mathematics to quantify the qualitative attribute indicator. Group dissatisfaction is proposed as decision criterion and the solution is given. An application example illustrates that the model can be used to carry out construction diversion risk decision scientifically.
