ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Recent disasters have shown that the Grassland Fires are particularly complex and dangerous, and at the same time the Case-Base Reasoning (CBR) has been proven a better method on studying on disasters, such as forest fires, urban disaster and so on. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the grassland fires disaster, a new framework and program of Grassland Fires Disaster Emergency Spatial Decision Support System based on case-base were built in this article, by choosing Xilingol League which is an important cattle-producing area in the north of China as the study area, combining CBR and Emergency Spatial Decision Support System. At last, series of key techniques of this system were discussed.
