ABSTRACT
Typically, when a large-scale tragedy occurs, communities pause to consider what is important, companies re-evaluate their policies and procedures, and ideally changes are made to prevent these incidents from ever happening again. However, workplace fatalities occur frequently within the construction industry and generally aren’t afforded this same reection and appraisal.
