ABSTRACT
Karamay regional is characterized by the abundant natural resource and weak environment condition, the contradiction of the regional water resource is most prominent in China and even all over the world (Xu et al., 2011). Accordingly, scientific determination of regional ecological water requirement is significant for the reasonable water resource allocation of river basin.
