With the growing shortage of water resources, the sewage irrigated area has been increased year by year in many Chinese irrigation districts in order to ensure agricultural production[1-2]. Sewage is a potential resource and the wastewaters reused for agricultural irrigation is an effective way to alleviate the water crisis and solve agricultural water shortage in some extent[3]. Effluent is rich in N, P, K and other nutrients, crop can take advantage of wastewater nutrients[4]. At the same time wastewater irrigation has a long-term and cumulative effect on the environment and would also pollute agricultural environment[5]. Pollutants transformation in the dynamic soilplant-groundwater system with the change of time and space is needed to further study[6]. In this paper, effects of the sewage irrigation and reclaimed water irrigation comparing with clean water irrigation on nitrate nitrogen content of soil, groundwater and tomato fruit were studied to see wether its content was excessive over the potential risk.
