ABSTRACT
Nowadays, because we are in the situation of serious environmental pollution, lacking fossil energy, all countries have made a strict limitation on greenhouse gas emissions. In recent years, China developed rapidly, while many environmental problems have been ignored in the progress of development. Research Institute of Dutch “MNP” said that China had gone over America in the field of carbon dioxide emissions in 2006, so it had taken a place of America and become the number one in
the world. In 2007, China’s carbon dioxide emissions nearly accounted for 25% of the whole world. If reckoned in the America’s emissions, these two countries totally accounted for 46% of the global. In according to the report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, aviation transport industry has accounted for 2% of the global carbon dioxide emissions. With the development of aviation transport industry, this share may probably increase to 3.5%[1].
