ABSTRACT
In this study, we show that organic phosphorus in water sample can be extracted in minutes by ionic liquid head-space fiber microextraction.
2 MATERIALS AND METHODS
2.1 Chemicals
Benzoyl cyanide-o-(diethoxyphosphinothioyl) oxime (Phoxim) standard sample was purchased from Beijing Zhen Xiang Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BmimPF6) was purchased from Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Lanzhou, China). Other chemicals such as aceton, acetonitrile and acetic acid etc., were of analytical grade or HPLC grade.
