ABSTRACT
The reservoir has a great effect on the ice, on the one hand,a reservoir by artificial control flow process can change the hydraulic conditions and the thermal conditions of ice, to play a positive role in the ice flood control work; on the other hand, reservoir operation also changed the natural attribute of river, the river morphology changes, which have indirect effected the change of ice situation.
