Currently, coal bunker at home and abroad, stone warehouses and other poor flow conditions or the node blockage of materials with large viscosity at home and abroad use mainly air blocking device, vibration, scoop feeder inside warehouse, manual removal as the main means of disposing. Air blocking device is mainly powered by compressed air, direct role in the material and clear the block instantly, it is easy to install and maintain positions outside. But when the material in the coal bunker are wet and the viscosity of it is larger, the effect of the treatment is not good and even counterproductive. The material in the warehouse are loosen by the vibration of exciter which is installed outside of the warehouse. But treatment effect is poor, if we select bad dealing time, it can also be counterproductive. Vibration warehouses are involved in the vibration materials warehouse handling equipment, and it will take effect to a slight blockage. The effect is poor, when material is sticky or humidity is high. Its shortcomings are hard to be installed and maintained and it will block when equipment fail. Shovel loader inside warehouse is a dredge device installed in the warehouse. It handles plug by shovel or chain. It will take good effect with low viscosity and wet materials. Otherwise that it prone to mechanical jam make dredge equipment into the point of blockage. The treatment method has the following problem: 1. The clearance range is limited. (3) Maintenance of equipment is inconvenient. Vibration positions and coal plow must be installed in the cabin and it makes examination much more dangerous. (4) Since these products can’t intelligent forecast and continuous monitor the process of production, the clean job may have a delayed action.
