ABSTRACT
Acinetobacter baumannii is a kind of pathogenic bacteria for fermentation conditions, which exists in the human body skin, oral cavity, respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract, etc. (Kreig et al 1984; Cullimore 2000). It is widely distributed in the natural environment and hospitals. The key of promotion and application of Acinetobacter baumannii is suitable culture medium. The average enrichment time of adopting the classic basal medium for enrichment of Acinetobacter baumannii is 35∼45 h, the cycle is long. In order to solve the above problem, this experiment provides an enrichment medium of Acinetobacter baumannii, the speed of training the Acinetobacter baumannii in this medium is fast and the cost is lower.
