ABSTRACT

There was simulated conducting coal-face work on the drainage airway, which had previously been driven at the depth 8–9 meters from excavated coal seam C 5 of “Samars’ka” mine. There was researched the stress strain state of the coal-bearing massif near the drainage airway and approaching working face. The character of stress redistribution while changing of the distance from the working face to drift is described. The regions of the rock mass softening are defined.
