ABSTRACT
The effect of the geometric parameters of the rubber-rope belt on its stress-strain state in the interaction with clamping elements on the driving drum winder is investigated. The obtained results determine expediency of the flat clamping elements use in hoist engines with bobbin winding and can be applied in engineering design practice.
