ABSTRACT
A progress in the domain of measuring technologies and systems can take place, first of all, due to the development of new measuring methods and instruments and improvement of the existing ones, synthesis of their optimal structures and operation algorithms. Moreover, it is quite useful to employ the achievements of different domains of science, engineering and technology.
