ABSTRACT
BAM is the automated monitoring of business process activity affecting an enterprise. It performs the follow-up of the trade processes: it control the performance of the latter according to their criticality. The environment of BAM is an over layer on the BPM tools. The BAM is a tool in the company’ Business Intelligence. It requires the implementation of two types of bricks: an integration tool to aggregate all of the necessary technical data and a reporting solution to compile and present the results.
