ABSTRACT
This Chapter concerns the management of human factors in logistics projects. Logistics projects require special skills in managing human resources for essentially for three reasons:
1. In all activities of every firm, human factors play a decisive role, but in logistics projects they are particularly crystallized, because human factors condition the efficiency and quality of the services provided – two particularly crucial elements in the field of logistics.
