ABSTRACT

The actors in the project are often called the “stakeholders” of the project. In other words “Stakeholders are persons or organizations (…) who are actively involved in the project or whose interests might be positively or negatively affected b the performance or completion of the project” (PMBOK® Guide, 2008). The most important stakeholders are represented on the Figure 21.6: the project manager finds himself at the center of a real spider-webbed network of human relationships between the protagonists of the project.
