ABSTRACT
Dr. Roland Sauter has a master’s degree in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. from the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne. He also has an MBA from the University of Lausanne. Dr. Sauter has been in charge of major IT projects at various different European companies. He is the founder of STS, a company specializing in the development of computer-based training tools for the field of soft skills and project management.
