ABSTRACT
The notion of risk implies exposure to danger and the probability of occurring damage. Therefore at work what makes a risk to health to be psychosocial, is not its manifestation, but its origin, so psychosocial risks can be defined as the risk to the mental and physical and social health originated by the working conditions and organizational and relational factors (Gollac & Bodier, 2011; AESST, 2010).
