Employee well-being has a wide number of dimensions, varying according to sector and type of work (Briner 2000, Cooper et al. 2008, Warr 1990, Warr 2002, Danna & Griffin 1999): (1) the facilities, including the environmental and physical work context; (2) the work content; (3) the work context or the psychosocial work environment (Schnall et al. 2000, Benavides et al. 2002); (4) the work-life balance or the home-work interface; (5) the physical health and the psychological health (Danna & Griffin 1999).
