Safety culture and labor accidents in the town councils in the District of Leiria

In Singapore, the Department of Labor approved a new law of safety and health in the workplace (March 2006) that forces the employers to create a safety and health management system in the workplace, to identify and to manage the risks and to promote a prevention culture regarding safety and health (OIT, 2007).
