ABSTRACT
Production Engineering deals with issues related to planning, programming and controlling of purchase, production and distribution of products. Whereas the productive operations differ according to the nature of their specific inputs and outputs having as a final result a product or a service. The technical production of any organization involves in an orderly way: materials, equipment, people and information. Information produced and data processed to give support to the several functions in the process of all of the stages of the operation. This information is created, treated and storage in an information system that which is managed and operated by people who produce document through computerized and automated means that we call administrative work activities. Indeed, administrative work activities are at the core of occupations and concerns of Production Engineering field.
