ABSTRACT
Some maturity model definitions found in the literature are presented in Table 1.
Some requirements must be attained in order to develop a successful maturity model. Some of these requirements relates to model design while other assures broader model dissemination. Cost, adoption easiness and applicability are among some requirements that relates to a broader dissemination.
